Included with the new section was the&nbsp;<strong>Infernal Electric Bumping Machines,<\/strong>&nbsp;a traditional bumper car ride. The fifty cars were powered by electricity running through the roof of the building and reaching the cars through a rod on the back of each vehicle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/parktimes.com\/sections\/goodtimes\/bumpercars\/gtsbump0.jpg\" alt=\"gtsbump0.jpg (34071 bytes)\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The ride was no longer operated after 2007, although the ride building was not removed from the park for several years.
